That's impossible.

A Shahed is ground to ground. Not ground to air. It's very slow- an Apache could easily outmaneuver it.

It flies to GPS coordinates- not optically guided.

I know nothing about this equipment but is it at all possible the missle was aimed at a ground target and the Apache accidentally got on the way?  Considering a military helicopter got in the way of a commercial airliner not that long ago, it seems possible? [/quote]

Hardly believable. Those drones are super slow and have basically lawn mower engines. They only cost a few thousand to make. No way an Apache would get hit. This sounds just like another cover story similar to the downed pilot and failed nuclear retrieval attempt.[/quote]

They use Apaches as the primary means of shooting down drones. All the “friendly” gulf states have apaches and use them on drones.
