I think it is a tricky situation for the major news stations to start dropping off in terms of coverage, because of course the family wants coverage to continue until she is found, and the family in this case is a major news anchor. I am sure NBC especially feels obligated to continue a high level of coverage. I do wonder how, and when, the coverage will start dwindling. Obviously I hope she is found so this can be a non issue.
