I don't think anyone is claiming that people who are size 2 are necessarily taking care themselves.  But your post and the timing of it implies that you think that women who want to lose weight (and be the best version of themselves) are "women who don't love themselves."  And I disagree with that sentiment.  True, some women do it in an unhealthy way and abuse laxatives or vomit up food.

No, a woman (or man, for that matter) who does this has a serious illness that he or she likely developed largely due to genetics.[/quote]
