Four 9-inch pies WILL NOT BE ENOUGH. I REPEAT: FOUR 9-INCH PIES WILL NOT BE ENOUGH. A nine-inch pie will feed ONE hungry teenager. It's like a personal pie.
I disagree. I have two active teenagers and they are not being fattened up for slaughter. Geez. A deep dish nine inch pie is too much FAT for any one human to eat who is not a Sumo wrestler or a giant. If you want to know how to eat like a Sumo wrester, here you go: http://www.eatingfree.com/newtrition/nutripedia/did-you-know/how-to-eat-like-a-sumo-wrestler.aspx Otherwise, 4 deep dish chicken pot pies along with the sweet potatoes (I would make about 8) and plenty of broccoli should be enough for 6 people considering the fact that two of the people are normal eaters and two are small kids. I would also be focusing on very heart breakfasts and lunches so that they are not starved at dinner time.
