No, a sign of OP's character is the way she has answered the questions posed in this thread, explaining her choices, being open and honest, and taking the time to educate (well, not you, but you know what I mean) people who were genuinely interested in what she does for a living. A sign of your character, on the other hand, is the blatant misogyny exhibited in your replies. So I'd rather that any of my children date someone like OP over someone like you all day long.
