Who exactly in the "international community isn't as outraged as much as they should be"?  Leaving aside the U.S., it seems like every international entity, from the U.N. on down has been, and continues to be, very critical of Israel.  And virtually every European country (besides Germany) is solidly against Israel.  It's just that Israel doesn't seem to care about this too much--but it probably doesn't have a choice, as it views these as existential matters.      [/quote]
