Also, the K curriculum has changed substantially since that time. [/quote] The cut off in MoCo 1999 was January 1st. I only know this because my som was born in December of that year and I thought, I would probably redshirt. But by the time he wrent to K the cut off was either Oct or November.. They moved it back a month every year until it was sept 1st.[/quote]
