I couldn't imagine wanting to adopt a child so much that I'd intentionally keep them away from a willing and stable biological Dad. Arguing that he didn't help enough during the pregnancy or 4 months of life is not good enough. Let this child stay with her biological Dad who she surely knows as Dad now.
