DC has been fixing so many roads lately that DH and I have complained about it, LOL. Right now they're taking lead pipes out all around the city and will change the ones to your house for free. We took the new Acela train to NYC already this year and Amtrak is introducing the Airo train this year.

But, I agree that I'd rather pay for cancer research than paying for wars. I'm a pacifist. And, yes, call your reps or other Congresspeople if you live in DC and don't have representation. [/quote]
