Unless they bought that farm in cash, they don’t have 5mm in assets.   Also if they have a financial hardships this seems insane and like a terrible plan.   I also really dislike the go fund me now that it’s known they made a possible multi million dollar purchase a few weeks ago.   Gross.  [/quote]

How does a guy with no income get a $4+ million mortgage?  He wouldve had to have paid cash or had a huge nest egg to draw from that the bank approved.
