I have had this conversation multiple times with other locals, 'DMV' was not a thing except for the much maligned Dept of Motor Vehicles. My other sins: -I think Marion Barry was trash mayor and people are giving him the hagiographic treatment since he's been out of office and dead long enough. -I've only been to Ben's Chili Bowl once and it was just alright.
