As an Indian, my sympathies and support is with Israel. Very sorry about innocent lives being lost on both sides as it happens in any war - but Hamas is responsible for that. Israel is fighting for its very existence.
You must be a Hindutva (Hindu-supremacist), anti-Gandhi, pro-Modi adherent. As an Indian (100% on both sides of my family) I’m appalled by what Israel is doing to Palestinians. India has a long history of supporting the Palestinians. Gandhi and Nehru, our founders, vehemently opposed the partition of Palestine and saw the parallels of the two countries under bcolonial rule. We voted in 1947 against the UN partition plan for Palestine. India was the first non-Arab state to recognize the Palestinian Liberation Org (PLO) in 1974 and a Palestine state in 1988. Please don’t make announcements as “the Indian” in this conversation if you don’t know what the heck you’re talking about. And I’m not sure if you got the memo, but MAGA hates all H-1B visa holders.
