You are so right! I am driving right now 80 miles/hour straight into a wall and you know what? You wont believe the hysteria of the people in the car with me, they are all screaming we are going to die. But, you know , i just wonder what happens if we end up being actually better after we crash into the wall. We are likely getting killed but nothing is guaranteed in life and whenever people tell me something (DC real estate will never go down because we should not have a president who purposely destroy the government and intentionally uses power he does not even have to damage the economy of this region) i am suspicious so let’s see what happens when we crash into the wall.
