Fully funded internationals welcome at <10%. This is not what is actually happening though, hence the sentiment here. Unfortunately this administration will probably kick the foreigners out and reduce funding because there are fewer student. I just don't see them making smart decisions in that space. That said, yes reduce the number of foreigners and keep the same funding and parameters around that money being used for Americans.[/quote]
