Well since you refer to that person as a wingnut, you are clearly incapable of understanding that leaving feces in front of someone's house is wrong, so I'm not sure how you, of all people, can call anyone a wingnut. It's comical at this point that we have 19 pages of arguing about something that should be completely common sense, if not common courtesy. I think it says something about the amount of entitlement in today's society.

I said that I often leave my house and find dog shit close to my door. I have three steps down from my front door and a patch of grass on both sides of my steps. Do you think it's acceptable that people let their dogs shit there over and over again? There is no easement (whoever started that nonsense is a moron. Easements exist for public utilities and emergency services, not some rando and her dog), the property is clearly mine, there is a window a few feet from where they leave the shit.
