For example, entire agencies were exempted — ours said a few days in that we could not fork and anyone who had already forked would be deemed ineligible. Then went ahead and fired the probationary employees anyway. I’m sure with any probationary fed who applied they were rejected just so they could be fired with no pay [/quote]
