Wherever you heard the helicopter pilot was "trans" was obviously WRONG and you need to stop automatically believing that source to be credible.  Just as you need to stop automatically believing Trump to be credible because he's been repeatedly debunked, over and over and over again.

Apparently this individual was the instructor, not the actual pilot. According to this article, “The female pilot commanding the flight, who has not yet been identified, at the time had also logged more than 500 hours.” I don’t know military speak, but I assume that “commanding the flight” means that that was the person actually flying the helicopter.

I write this with dread because we all know what the narrative and the hateful backlash will be if the pilot actually flying the plane does not turn out to be a straight white male.

In that case wouldn’t the instructor still be mainly at fault. If I go for pilot lessons the instructor is there to guide me and prevent mistakes. Clearly the instructor from rural Mississippi is a DEI hire.[/quote]
