Why are Jawando’s kids in the Wootton cluster when he lives on the other side of the county?
Jawando's kids are NOT in the Wootton cluster. Says so in the article. I suppose Mrs. Jawando was quoted because there was no one else to quote. Just too bad they let her spout when she is simply pontificating and doesn't actually know more about the situation than anyone else.
It shows that this tempest in a teacup is driven by outside agitators.
You're not an "outside agitators" if you're a MoCo resident. Wootton is a part of MCPS. Everyone who is an MCPS stakeholder has a right to weigh in on this situation. The sense of territorialism that Wootton parents have over the school, as if it belongs to them and only them, is BEWILDERING.
No. The sense of entitlement that clowns like you have to blame hundreds of students for the acts of one or two IS BEWILDERING. This is how Jawando rolls. It's the only way he's relevant. It's disgusting, though. If he wanted to improve matters, he would offer to help in his official capacity without making a scene - but that's exactly what he wants. Face time with the press. But that's why he's a disgusting politician. He doesn't have any qualms about using children as pawns. Sick. Just sick.
