Uh no, because in order to believe that bullsnot Russian propaganda one would have to first believe that Ukraine was a terrorist nation engaged in nonstop attacks and assassinations and suicide bombings against Russia before Russia invaded them in 2014, which is what the PLO, Syria and Israel's other Arab neighbors had been doing to Israel going back to 1947.
