+1 like it or not this is exactly how it’s presented. The Washington Post endorsed X candidate! Same with any major newspaper. It’s great when it’s for your candidate, not great when it’s not for your candidate of choice.[/quote]

I was not clear in my reply.

It’s the candidates who say they’re endorsed by the Washington Post. They don’t make the distinction that it is from the editorial board. They just say the Washington Post. I don’t know how to prove it to you other than I’m looking at half a dozen mailers in my recycle bin right now.

Being endorsed by the Washington Post is a very big deal and gives clout to candidates.[/quote]
