I'm a middle aged female lawyer, and I think Kamala's fashion is fantastic. Love the pantsuits, the Manolo Blahniks, and yes, even the Chucks.

Me too! 46 and lawyer here, and she'd be the woman in the firm we're all trying to copy.  Could she be more "fashion forward"?  Absolutely, but at the trade off of not being taken as seriously in client meetings or by other partners, sore feet from crazy 15 hour days, etc. I think she looks fantastic - she's got the perfect balance of wearing stuff that is totally flattering on her without bringing attention to her fashion.
