She's a minor celebrity by virtue of being married to Donald Trump and she's a former First Lady. People are going to notice and comment on what she wears. This is a miss, and kind of a big one for her. She doesn't look bad. It's just a weird, unattractive outfit. The fact that she is attractive is the only saving grace.
