Principals need training in practicalities and translating theory into action.[/quote] Isn’t that what the Principal internship is is place to help with?[/quote] I'm just a parent, but I've experienced a few principal interns, and I'm not sure if they're getting enough time in the internship or depth of experience to learn what they need to learn.
