Lots of theory is covered in graduate programs. Principals need training in practicalities and translating theory into  action.[/quote]

I'm just a parent, but I've experienced a few principal interns, and I'm not sure if they're getting enough time in the internship or depth of experience to learn what they need to learn. Would be good to hear what actual principals think about the principal internship model and its efficacy.[/quote]
