I believe you would continue to go to work even if there were awful things happening.  ESPECIALLY if you are getting good to great impact ratings.  And I bet he was handing those out to keep you all happy and quiet.

Loud and WRONG. PJ only did the impact evaluations of a third of staff in the building. And I definitely wasn’t in that group.

And how utterly disrespectful to the teachers at Hardy the parents claim to love so much. Your complete lack of respect for our profession reeks through your post. And trust me your children pick up on this as well. Which is another reason why some of the kids are out of control- how can they respect us when they are taught at home that we are just glorified babysitters?[/quote]

Honestly, all you are doing is convincing me (not a Hardy parent) that Hardy has deeply dysfunctional teachers and the parents were correct to organize. In case it hadn’t occurred to you, supervising teachers is the main role of a principal. Your unhinged and toxic posts have absolutely convinced me that Hardy needs a strong administrator. [/quote]
