Granted I haven't been to every inch of the state so perhaps this is happening - illegally - in a part of the state I am not familiar with. Would love to hear more details about where you saw people open carrying, though. It is, again, illegal in Florida to open carry.[/quote]

It was extremely agitating.  More than one person had pistol openly carried and at least one shot was fired.    There is a gun store every few miles.    Have you ever actually spent any time in Florida?  It's ridiculous.[/quote]
