[/quote] OP here. I do consume a lot of dairy. Cheese, milk in coffee, etc. That is an interesting thought. I posted about it earlier but I almost never eat pizza here because I feel so gross when I eat it here. But I can eat a full Italian-style pizza in Europe and feel fine. [/quote]
