Raise the minimum age.
Implement universal background checks & red-flag laws.

We need to raise the age to enlist in the military to 21, the driving age to 21 and the age to enter contracts and vote as well.

Changing any of those ages to a new law would be a perfectly reasonable dission to have.  Look at the pros and cons of various choices and make a decision that the people want.[/quote]
