No one foresaw how problematic giving everyone a platform would become. Unfortunately many just spew hate or spread disinformation about subjects they are little qualified to speak on. We were very naive in the past. So maybe the government doesn’t nationalize social media, but rather heavily regulates it like we do with other industries - maybe through the FCC. As seen all the time, the majority of Americans simply lack the self-control decorum to check themselves.[/quote]
