That is the signal to the courts to agree with you. Well even if FCPS prevails, the school board will see major changes next year. With the scapegoating of Asians in NYC and San Francisco school districts and all the violence that we have seen against Asians in the past 2 years - it is really not a good luck for the Dems countrywide wrt Asians.
