Well, not for a couple years, or so.  Foreign entities will be back as soon as they think they can get away with it.  But in the meantime, the Russian people are going to be suffering.[/quote]

A couple of years?  They are ALREADY unable to meet the terms of some of their foreign debt.  They are ALREADY starting to default on their obligations.

Yes.  But there's so much money sloshing around in the world, trying to find a place to go.  In the short term, Russia looks bleak.  But investors will return as soon as they can.  Why do you think all these banks and investors were there in the first place?  [/quote]
