So you have lots of outrage and ideas about what is wrong, but paying for it is somebody else's problem. Why don't you call up one of those programs and donate whatever you can afford, maybe just $50 or $100, and tell them you want to help open doors for minority players.  Then report back to this Board which program, and challenge others to do the same.  Positive change has to start somewhere, so why not with you![/quote]
