What's typical is the liberal compulsion to quote random tweets from bizarre people no one has ever heard of.  Forgive me if I'm not about to click on something "raven mack the dirt god" spews out in between tokes in his mom's basement.[/quote]

Except that the mistake was on the part of the agency tasked with drafting the legislation - which they freely admitted.   :roll:

On Friday, Addison Merryman, a spokesman for Mr. Williams, released a statement from the state’s Division of Legislative Services, which took the blame for the error.
