[/quote] The arguments are not persuasive to anyone bar a half dozen people who by all appearances have more issues than Time magazine . . . That said, they’ve done a brisk business in yard signs by hoodwinking half of the neighborhood into believing that DCPS is coming to take away “their” park (despite renderings showing the park will be barely touched by the new school).
