I can't imagine these teams will be that good. There is just not that much talent in Loudoun/PW compared to FX/Arlington. Few of the Loudoun/PWC rec teams are strong. Pride has a Loudoun program and none of those teams are strong and some are even supplemented with FX players who couldn't make the NOVA A teams.[/quote]

It’s supply/demand. If there are kids who want to play “club” and there’s no one local then it might work, especially for the younger grades. Currently there are no girls’ club programs in Fauquier or PWC. So families are driving to Alexandria or Fairfax County or to the Richmond area, so depending on coaching, facilities, cost, etc. it may be appealing. Not sure why everyone is hung up on the diluting of talent. Instead maybe focus on the game growing and more kids wanting to play.[/quote]
