It’s not the message, it’s the delivery, the scare tactics. Honestly it becomes noise after awhile. I’m in an immune compromised family and very much want HEPA filters implemented correctly across schools. But SR has really turned me off with their approach. It’s a shame. I know they mean well but their manic anxiety is too much. [/quote]

Last school year, SR belittled everyone who just wanted their kids in school. Sure, some APE members were obnoxious, but most parents in Arlington aren't fighting with the administration. We want best practices to keep our families safe, but not from people who, honestly are just plain mean to us and will take credit for any mitigation because they supposedly advocated for it first.

I'm a support staff member and a parent with kids in APS and the teachers and staff that are involved with SR mostly do not speak for us. I'm ready for Monday with my vaxx and mask. Bring it on! I'm a better teacher in the classroom.
