Man, even when your spouse is gunned down you have to "acknowledge" that people in poor neighborhoods are murdered more and have to hope for "solutions." Guess that's the fatalistic attitude you have to adopt when out socializing in DC[/quote]

The key question is what makes a sociopath?  How much FAMILY failure is involved?  How much racism? How much bad schools etc. Let’s examine it all and figure it out.  Then, address the problem
