Actually, Stacey Abrams was FOR a boycott before she was against it.  Prior to the boycott, she wrote an opinion piece in USA Today.

This is what she wrote BEFORE the boycott was announced:

This piece was stealth edited by Abrams herself.  And, USA Today made those edits without issuing any kind of notice that the piece was edited.  This is their statement today:
