Why is my kid's friend at a DCPS back 4 days a week with nearly his whole K grade, but mine at a charter a mile away current has zero IPL and no change to that on the horizon? What OSSE "rules" are preventing our school from opening but magically don't effect these other DCPS schools??[/quote]
