Thanks for sharing.  Which model did you see?  Would you mind sharing some of the more interesting option pricing options?  I'm curious about their luxury outdoor living space and how much they are charging for a finished basement.[/quote]

Saw the Windmill. Outdoor living ranges from 40k-48k depending on flat vs walkout. Basement 35k, plus 20k if you want bedroom, bathroom and media room. Outdoor fireplace was around 8k, unless you wanted a fancy 60 inch one for over $16. Also, the outdoor space doesn’t include the sliding door for 10-20k depending on size and model. As you can see, these options add up fast.
