You are correct that the center or talent is moving toward Loudoun.  Cav youth teams should get credit for developing talent. As the kids get older they move to other teams. It is hard for any parent to stick with a team or one coach from 5th grade through high school. Cav’s almost get penalized for this. The 2023 team was talented and now it is almost a new team. They had a tough weekend. [/quote] I don't think Cav youth teams should get credit for developing talent because that's why kids are moving on to other teams - while it's comfortable for incumbent players to play the same way for years, Cavs teams don't evolve, players don't get better, they play in weak competitions. What's worse, I would bet as many or more kids leave Cavs to give up the travel lax (or lax altogether) than leave for other teams because the Cavs don't develop talent. Let's see if the younger teams turn around that trend.[/quote]
