Not stopping tourists as far as I can tell but you’re welcome to take your paranoid proselytizing downtown and see if you can scare off the thousands of people visiting DC daily.  Granted I’m not sure how successful you’d be trying to persuade others to adopt your perspective of all out paranoia.  They’ll probably think you’re yet another one of those crazy conspiracy theorists wandering around DC which ironically isn’t a good look for the city.  Isn’t that what you’re all freaked out about?  Good thing you’re too fearful to venture out of the house or tourism would really take a dive.
