Agreed. The location is great and I could almost understand it if they were selling it for lot value only, but they're advertising it as a fixer upper. The exterior is too ugly so it doesn't make sense to throw $$$ into the interior. It would be better as a tear down.[/quote]

I'm the PP who posted it--I actually love this street--it's my favorite in CV, with lots of beautiful homes.  But this asking price just seems unrealistically high, IMO.  I showed my spouse and he guessed $700K before he knew the list price (I would have gone for maybe 800K).[/quote]
