Which is a nicer home? Both new for 1.3, similar styles. https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/1303-Floral-St-NW-20012/home/10022595?utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_campaign=copy_link&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link https://www.redfin.com/DC/Washington/7708-Morningside-Dr-NW-20012/home/10022190?utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_campaign=copy_link&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link
Morningside is a much better location.
PP. I like that location better too, but I like that the other one has a driveway and 2-car garage.
I like Floral location better. 15 minute walk to Takoma metro and restaurants and one block from Walter Reed development. Floral is also a beautiful street filled with cherry blossoms in the spring.
There is also a massive cherry blossom tree in the front yard of the Morningside house. #clashofthecherryblossoms
Ha ha. I mean Floral from Alaska to 13th is filled with cherry blossoms. It's such a gorgeous sight for two weeks out of the year (maybe 30-40 trees). Floral is probably one of my favorite streets in the neighborhood. It also has tons of kids/block parties. I have a friend that rented on Floral until they could buy a house on Floral (they waited quite sometime). :)
