This is what people cannot accept because they have no experience with the area. People seem to have their ideas of SS/TP area because the houses are less expensive. When in actuality it is a highly educated area with an overwhelming number of professors, physicists, medical researchers and other PhD / advanced degree / intellectual professions that simply don’t pay a lot.[/quote]
