They just get a list of who was accepted and who was rejected. I had one of these WTF rejections several years ago, met with the AART, and found out that the AART was just as baffled as we were. The AART said that every year, there are people with very weak packets who get accepted and people with very strong packets who are rejected. Some of it is the luck of the draw. People judging the files have their own opinions and biases, and if you end up with the wrong combination of reviewers, even a strong file could be rejected. [/quote]
