Because they took action and it works. Nothing but sad excuses here in the US that it won't work, guns are not the problem...Yes, guns are not the problem, people are the problem, people like you that prevent positive change from happening with lame excuses. And what do you need the gun for?! Some BS that in case there is a bear in your garden you need to shoot it? Or if teens ride their bikes over your lawn, you need to shot them? Or if your wife or husband annoys you, you need to shot them?! Not a single rational human being can look me in the eye and tell me they really truly need a gun. I make the exception for people on huge ranches where they might need to fire one into the air to scare a predator, and even then that should be strictly regulated. Gun control works, taking guns away works, US politicians are too corrupt to have a wake up call. Should have happened 10 times in the last 2 years.[/quote]
