The question is why are 300 kids transferring out of one neighborhood ES and not another that has identical demographics? And it's not the test scores because Barrett has had similarly low scores in recent years, though they were higher than Barcroft this past year. The difference as to why MC families aren't choosing Barcroft ES in the same numbers as those choosing Barrett is the different calendar. That's it.
