I think you must mean should you freeze all of the resulting embryos. Doesn’t make sense to bank your eggs unless you don’t have a partner or sperm donor.

My understanding of the preference to do a frozen transfer is due to the potentially negative effects the meds have on uterine lining thickness and hormone levels. They should be able to monitor those and give you input on whether a greasy transfer is advisable.

If you have insurance coverage that may also dictate what you have to do. I had to freeze a blast because my progesterone was too high to do a fresh transfer.  I wanted to do another retrieval before a transfer but insurance wouldn’t cover another retrieval until I did the transfer of the frozen blast.
