Or Drake[/quote]  If the prosecutors had anything on Jay Z, they would charge him.  They spent a year investigating Diddy, and the charges are based on evidence they found against him.   Now, I do think that in the midst of this investigation, they have damming evidence against KK. And as of right now, it seems like she's not one of the upcoming witnesses. But the prosecutors have continually brought her up during this case, which leads me to believe either they didn't want to give her immunity because they plan to bring charges against her, or they are still negotiating an immunity agreement with her.  Or perhaps they don't think they need her, but I think she would be the nail in the coffin for Diddy.   We'll see, the prosecutors still have next week, and it would be perfect to bring her out as a last witness, to really end their case with a boom!  I'm also wondering about D Roc. He was Biggie's best friend before he even got put on, and he became Diddy's head of security. He's been around for everything, and he knows a lot.  I'm guessing he doesn't want to testify against Diddy, so I wonder if the prosecutors determined he would be a hostile witness.
