[/quote] Sadly, I think it’s a combo of evil and just poor communication/leadership. Maybe someone just decided not to tell those directing the troops about the cease fire combined with at least someone tried but couldn’t - bad equipment, didn’t know who to tell or where to find them. Maybe the best strategy is a disinformation campaign to invading troops. Drop leaflets and post on social media some lucrative offer in exchange for surrender [/quote]
